Daity

Daity is an Iranian food brand specializing in ice cream and frozen desserts.

The brand was commercially launched in June 2005 by Zarrin Ghazal Co., a private Iranian food manufacturer incorporated in Shiraz in 2001.

From its early development, Daity focused on product variety and industrial-scale frozen-food manufacturing. Zarrin Ghazal also developed specialized below-zero distribution infrastructure and retail freezer deployment to support the handling and nationwide distribution of frozen products.

Daity's portfolio has included dairy ice cream, fruit ice cream, ice lollies, cup and family-size products, shaped ice creams and other frozen desserts.

Zarrin Ghazal also operates the Apada dairy brand, while related operations in milk supply, livestock farming and cold-chain logistics form part of the wider business ecosystem.

Research and development remains an active part of Zarrin Ghazal's operations. Recent peer-reviewed scientific publications document participation by the company's R&D specialists in academic research involving fortified and functional dairy products.

Daity also has a documented international market presence. The brand's products continue to appear through overseas retailers, including current listings in the United Arab Emirates.

Daity and Zarrin Ghazal remain operational, although workforce reductions at the company were reported in 2026.
