Dalya

Dalya is an Iranian food brand specializing in mozzarella and pizza cheese.

The business was established in 2002–2003 in Razavi Khorasan Province with mozzarella production as its core activity. Its principal manufacturing facility is located in Tous Industrial Town near Mashhad.

Over time, Dalya has expanded its mozzarella portfolio to include string cheese, shredded mozzarella and sliced products for household and professional food-service applications.

The company has also developed reduced-fat and reduced-salt mozzarella varieties as part of its product-development strategy.

Dalya operates a regional sales and distribution network with registered branches in several Iranian cities, including Tehran, Isfahan, Hamadan and Karaj.

The company's legal entity was originally incorporated as a limited-liability company in 2002–2003 and was converted into a private joint-stock company in 2021.

Dalya remains active in Iran's dairy and cheese market, with mozzarella continuing to form the central focus of its brand and product portfolio.
