Gooshtiran

Gooshtiran is one of Iran's longest-established names in processed meat products. The business traces its roots to 1925, when operations began in Tehran under the name Arzuman. As the business expanded, its production facility moved to what is now the Shadabad industrial area in 1958, and following the 1979 Iranian Revolution, the company and its products adopted the Gooshtiran name.

Today, Gooshtiran operates within Protein Gostar Sina Co. Its portfolio spans sausages, cold cuts, burgers, breaded and ready-to-cook products, packaged meat and chicken, and skin-pack products. The brand's main production facility is located in Shadabad, Tehran, supported by a dedicated sales and distribution operation.

A distinctive aspect of Gooshtiran is the continuity of its specialised meat-processing heritage across generations. The transition from Arzuman to Gooshtiran has carried forward decades of manufacturing experience, consumer familiarity and product knowledge, giving the brand a historical foundation that remains relevant as it develops new products and expands into new markets.
