Sahar

Sahar Bakery is an Iranian bread and bakery brand founded in 1350 SH (1971/72) by Mehdi Khanmohammadi. The business began with the production of bolki bread and subsequently expanded its mechanized production capabilities across a wider range of industrial and semi-industrial bakery products.

Today, Sahar's portfolio spans white and dark breads, toast, flatbreads, foodservice breads, dry and toasted breads, sourdough products, flavored breads and layered bakery products such as croissants, strudels and gata. The range also includes cakes and selected confectionery products, alongside specialized categories such as functional, gluten-free and PKU products.

The brand's principal manufacturing operations include its factory in Nasirabad Industrial Town, Robat Karim, and a second facility in Caspian Industrial City, Qazvin Province. Sahar also operates a network of direct retail branches and authorized representatives, with the two channels identified separately within its current distribution structure.

The combination of industrial bakery production, direct retail operations and specialized product development has extended Sahar's activities from everyday bread categories into more specialized areas of the bakery market, including sourdough, functional, gluten-free and PKU products.
