About Noosheen
Noosheen is an Iranian packaged bakery and confectionery brand rooted in Lahijan, Gilan. The Noosheen name has been used commercially since 1953, following founder Mohammad Ali Beglari's earlier involvement in traditional pastry and koloocheh production. The establishment of Noosheen Fard Production Company in 1974 marked the development of the business from traditional production toward an industrial manufacturing operation.
Noosheen's identity has remained closely associated with Lahijan koloocheh, which continues to form a central part of the brand's portfolio. Over time, the range has expanded into other packaged sweet-snack categories, including cookies, cakes, wafers, biscuits, chocolate products, Sheen Roll and tea.
The continuity between its traditional origins and modern manufacturing has become an important part of Noosheen's character. While expanding its product range and production capabilities, the brand has maintained a strong connection with Lahijan and the regional heritage from which it emerged.
