About Sunnyness
Sunnyness is an Iranian fruit-beverage brand launched in 2017 by Zarrin Jam Marina Co. The brand was developed as a distinct consumer identity within Marina's beverage portfolio and has maintained a positioning centered on enjoyment, energy and positive everyday experiences. Its current brand line, “The Best Sense,” is also used on the brand's official LinkedIn presence.
The original Sunnyness portfolio was built around single-serve beverage formats. Its official product range includes 240 ml fruit drinks with fruit pieces, 200 ml beverages containing 25% fruit juice and several 330 ml carbonated drink formats. The range covers both familiar fruit flavors and more distinctive blended combinations.
The brand has subsequently expanded its packaging and product architecture. The Funny Wave line introduced glass-bottled beverages in six flavors, while additional mixed-flavor canned products broadened the brand's single-serve offer. Sunnyness has more recently introduced a 750 ml beverage range in peach, pineapple, mango, orange, sour cherry and pomegranate flavors.
Sunnyness is manufactured by Zarrin Jam Marina Co., whose main production operation is located in Kaveh Industrial City in Saveh, Markazi Province. Marina describes its manufacturing infrastructure as exceeding 100,000 square metres. Within the group's current operating structure, manufacturing activities are associated with Marina F&B, while Marina DC operates as the sales and distribution arm.
The brand also has documented export activity. Trade records show Sunnyness products manufactured by Zarrin Jam Marina being exported to Uzbekistan in 2025, while conformity documentation issued for Eurasian markets in 2025 and 2026 identifies Zarrin Jam Marina as the manufacturer of relevant non-alcoholic beverages, including Sunny Ness products.
From Foodex Iran's perspective, Sunnyness is particularly relevant as an example of beverage portfolio expansion through packaging and consumption occasions rather than flavor proliferation alone. The progression from small single-serve packs to glass bottles, mixed cans and 750 ml formats illustrates a broader pack-architecture strategy designed to extend the brand into different consumption occasions.
