Zarnam

Zar Fructose is a specialized Iranian B2B ingredients brand operating within Zar Grain Refinery and Zar Industrial and Research Group. Its legal operating company is Zarnam Industrial & Research Group, a public joint-stock company established in 2011. Industrial production at the grain-refining complex began in the mid-2010s.

The business converts corn into a broad range of higher-value ingredients. Its current portfolio includes high-fructose corn syrups, glucose syrups, corn starch and specialized starches, maltodextrin and dextrose. More recent portfolio development has included invert syrup and dextrose monohydrate.

These ingredients serve a wide range of downstream industries including beverages, confectionery, bakery, dairy, ice cream, sauces, pharmaceuticals and fermentation processes. This positions Zar Fructose primarily as an industrial ingredient supplier rather than a consumer packaged-food brand.

The refinery is located in Alborz Province along the old Karaj–Qazvin corridor, with direct access to rail infrastructure. The wider operating model also incorporates grain storage and logistics capabilities designed to support large-scale raw-material supply.
